How long does it take for my order to ship?
We know you’re excited to receive your goods! Our orders are shipped within 7-15 business days from purchase. Packages shipped with USPS may deliver Sunday depending on your area.
When will my refund be processed?
if your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
My order arrived damaged. What do i do?

Do you accept returns?
Yes! We want you to be happy with your products, and if, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide full refunds for orders purchased within 30 days. The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping?
We provide a prepaid return label, so you do not need to pay for return shipping.
